How It All Began
Mother's Wisdom
The foundation of Sow-It came from a simple conversation with my mother. We were talking about past birthdays when she asked me: “Can you tell me what I gave you in previous years?” For most of them, I couldn’t. Only the gifts connected to a story remained in my memory. The ones tied to a moment. A shared experience. A meaning. Later, when I moved countries after my divorce, she gave me a small inscribed piece of wood. It still hangs close to me. Not because of what it is. But because of what it represents. That realization became the seed of Sow-It. It is not the object itself that carries value. It is the memory attached to it.
